1. General Information
This site is operated by the Brickbot Association, a non-governmental, non-profit organization, headquartered in Focșani, 15 Cezar Bolliac Street, Vrancea, legally registered in Romania with CIF 50846996. The purpose of our platform is to support STEM education and ensure the necessary infrastructure for our robotics team's participation in national and international competitions.

2. Nature of Transactions: Donations and Sponsorships
All payments processed through this site represent voluntary donations or sponsorships intended exclusively to support the educational activities of the Brickbot Association.
These contributions do not represent payment for commercial goods, services, pre-orders, or financial investments.
Donors do not receive material goods in exchange for the amounts offered, their contribution having a strictly philanthropic and performance-supporting purpose.

3. Refund Policy
Considering the legal nature of donations to an NGO, the transferred amounts are, in principle, non-refundable. However, we treat every interaction with transparency and fairness. We will process a full refund exclusively under the following exceptional conditions:
Technical errors: If a donation was processed twice due to a system error.
Unauthorized transactions: If it is determined that the payment was made fraudulently, without the cardholder's consent.
To request a refund for the reasons mentioned above, please contact us within a maximum of 14 days from the transaction date at the email address: [email protected]. Requests will be analyzed and resolved within 5-7 business days.

4. Payment Security
All financial transactions are processed in a strictly secure environment by our partner, Stripe. The Brickbot Association does not request or store your bank card data. Payment processing is done in RON / EUR, and the association does not charge any additional transaction fees.
